Answers To Commonly Asked Questions

Q. I am not sure if my business is large enough to warrant having a web site.

A. Does your business provide a product or a service? If so you are large enough to have a website. The advantage to having a website is that customers are searching and seeking out the product or service that you provide.

Q.  What does the world wide web have to offer my business that newspapers, television or radio do not?

A. Don't get me wrong, newspaper, television & radio are some of the largest and best ways to advertise but the internet offers all that they do and more.

Newspaper ads require a strategy of what days do I advertise in what markets and what portion of the paper do I advertise in? You have no control of who's ad may land next to yours.

Television & radio face many of the same problems as newspapers. What time of day do I advertise. What channel or stations do I advertise on? If you want to narrow it down that far prepare to increase your advertising budget or take the inexpensive route and not really know when your advertising will take place.

The advantage to advertising on the world wide web is that your advertising dollars create and ad that is available 24 hours a day-7 days a week to your customers that are looking for you by either searching for the products & services that you provide or they may even be searching you out by your business name or the community that your business takes place in.

Q. I have been debating on having a website built for my business but am undecided if it is a good investment or not.

A. In today's world a business can not afford not to have a website. Take a look at your advertising expense's and see what you are paying for a once a week ad or a weekly ad or even monthly. Then look at what it would cost you to do the same 24/7 and then add the option of your customer contacting you 24/7 via email while they are in the midst of looking. We have all been there thinking I will have to give them a call tomorrow because it is after business hours or too late to call or it is a weekend and so on...

This is like being open 24/7 and if the old saying is true a picture is worth a thousand words let your website help do your selling for you. You have the ability to advertise full crisp quality photos of your products or before, during and after photo's of your services.

Think of your website as a Silent Salesman.

Please do not get me wrong I am not saying that you should not advertise other places but consider using the internet as a sales tool to aid your business in sales & profit. Look at the other advertising options that go along with having a website for your business. Think of how many other places you can put your web address right in front of your customers for a very minimal expense.
